It was an amazing experience to receive a High Vibrational Sound Bath from Dynell.
I have experienced Dynell doing energy work with sound therapy in the past, she has even cleared energy and raised vibrations in my home.
However, this time was different. She had added more singing bowls and even a gong to her sound healing experience and was about to take my wife and I on a sound journey of a life time.
My wife and I chose an sound journey experience, (High Vibrational Sound Bath session), for our date night.
That was amazing. I felt as if I just took a trip to places that I have never been before. My vehicle was Dynell’s High Vibrational Sound Bath.
No her sound bath is not a car. But it’s even better than my long lost GTO.
After a few simple exercises we lay down on a comfortable bed that is similar to what a chiropractor uses before he ties you into a square knot. There are candles and lots of cool decorations all over the place.
It is a very welcoming space.
When the session was over I thought of it as being a Sacred space.
I close my eyes and listen to her voice as she leds us to relax.
There are many special translucent bowls on the white rug and a big cool gong. Also lots of candles that are electric and not the real kind. That’s good, because candle smoke does not agree with me. (She thinks of everything)
Dynell starts to gently rub and tap the bowls in a way with a rhythm that makes you forget everything.
The frequency and harmony of the bowls are music that is relaxing and one’s mind and I start to go places.
After a while the gong comes into play and it does not sound like a gong.
Somehow she pulls many different harmony’s from it and blends it with the bowls.
During the session her music starts to surround me. Some of these pleasant sounds seem to come from far away and others sounded and felt like they were coming from within my body.
With my eyes closed I was on a space ship, out in the country, snorkeling with the fish in Hawaii and just zoning out.
In my mind’s eye I could see colors that sort of appeared, sometimes changed colors and then would go away but might come back quite differently.
I imagined my wife with a bright light within her whole body.
The experience took me away from the day to day stress of just being me and I forgot about my health problems.
It was relaxing, yet fun while being able to do a meditative dive back into a lost part of me.
I’m rounding the corner and just hit 80.
Dynell took me years back to places that I often day dream about.
