Download your FREE eBook for practical uses how to use your Mala Prayer Necklace in three major life events: Grief – When Someone Dies, Political Stress Overload and using Mala’s as a tool when Recovering From Narcissistic Abuse. I chose these three topics because everyone runs into them by the time they are age 50.
At the end of each section, I give tips how to use Mala Prayer Necklaces – perhaps in conjunction with Sound Bath Immersion Therapy ™ or Sounds For Intentional Living (tm) – as optional tools to navigate your way through. Making it to the other side a happy and whole person is paramount.
More About These Three Topics
- Grief: Using Mala Prayer Necklaces and Sound To Help You Transition When a Loved One Passes Away.
- Stress Caused By Politics Overload: Tibetans and Buddhists did not need to combat political stresses. But we do. So, lets explore, be creative and bring Mala Prayer Necklaces into the 21st century.
- Recovering From Narcissistic Abuse: Identifying narcissists; identifying How these Covert and Overt Narcissists actively steal your peace of mind and parts of your soul; using Mala Prayer Necklaces & Sound Therapy as tools on your journey to recovery.
The chapter Recovering From Narcissistic Abuse is unquestionably the longer chapter. If a person cannot pinpoint what type of narcissist they are recovering from, it takes a thousand times longer to move forward — even with the right tools like Mala Prayer Necklaces and Sound Baths.
There are two distinct types of covert narcissists and one type of overt narcissist people run into all the time. After giving education that is both research based and has passed through the eyes of trained professionals to make sure I, as a layman am not giving any misinformation on the topic, the chapter concludes with two Mala Prayer Necklace exercises: “Mala Step One” and “Mala Step Two.”
All three topics deserve special attention. So many people experience all three topics at one point or another in their life. No one can make it to even the age of 50 without facing at least one of these topics.
Finding peace of mind, not letting anyone steal it (at least not for long) is one of the games in life that must be addressed and played.
Being creative with Mala Prayer Beads, engaging in some sort of Sound Therapy and Meditation – in combination with a good Grief Therapist/Family Counselor – all of these steps can help a person recover and find their “new normal.”
